Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Syndikick game (web, Android, and iOS) and website. By signing in or using the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

The service

Syndikick is an online football management game operated by Velvoshopping d.o.o. We provide the game, the servers that simulate matches, the Black Market, leaderboards, and related services. The game is provided as a service, not as a downloadable perpetual product.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Syndikick. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the game only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. You must not use the game if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook through our authentication provider (Supabase). We create a Syndikick account linked to that provider identity. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your provider account secure. Do not share your account, sell it, or create accounts to evade a ban, manipulate leaderboards, or farm rewards. If you lose access to the provider account, contact support and we will try to help, but we may not be able to recover the club.

Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the game except where the law expressly permits it.

Creds, chits, and virtual items

Creds, chits, player cards, packs, facilities, cosmetics, entitlements, and other virtual items are part of the game. They are not money, they have no real-world cash value, and they cannot be redeemed, transferred, or sold outside the game.

Creds are earned by playing, selling cards, and completing goals. Chits are an optional premium currency bought with real money, with some chits earned through the daily streak. Chits are designed to buy time, certainty, and cosmetics, not a higher competitive power ceiling. Bundles and passes (Starter Pack, Founder Pack, Season Pass) may grant creds, chits, cosmetics, or entitlements.

We may adjust, rebalance, remove, or reset virtual items, entitlements, and game systems as the game evolves. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold as property.

Purchases and subscriptions

Optional chits and bundles are processed by Google Play or the App Store, with entitlement verification through RevenueCat. The store's terms and refund policy apply in addition to these terms. You must be authorised to use the payment method. We do not receive or store full payment card details. If a purchase is reversed or charged back, we may remove the corresponding chits, items, or entitlements and suspend the account.

Restore purchases is available in the Store screen. Entitlements may be tied to the store account and the Syndikick account that made the purchase.

Fair play

The game depends on a level playing field. You must not cheat, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, manipulate the market or leaderboards, run multiple accounts to gain an advantage, scrape data, overload or interfere with the servers, or attempt to access another player's account. We may investigate and take action, including removing creds or chits, adjusting results or Elo, removing leaderboard entries, or suspending an account.

Club names and user content

You are responsible for the club name and any content you submit. It must be lawful and must not infringe rights, impersonate someone, harass, hate, or sexualize minors. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and moderate that content as part of the game, including on leaderboards and league tables. We may rename or remove content that violates these terms.

Leaderboards, Elo, and seasons

Scores, standings, Elo ratings, and season outcomes are determined by our servers. Elo uses rated league results and may soft-reset between seasons. We may correct errors, remove fraudulent results, reset seasons, or adjust scoring to protect the integrity of the game. Leaderboards and season data are not property and may be reset or discontinued.

Availability and changes

We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game, including features, balance, events, and prices shown in the store. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network failures, and third-party outages may interrupt the service.

Termination

You may stop using the game at any time and request account deletion by emailing privacy@syndikick.app. Signing out ends a session; Reset career erases local progress; neither deletes your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or the service, or if we are required to do so by law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund.

Disclaimers

The game is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that match results will meet your expectations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velvoshopping d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of progress, creds, chits, data, or profits arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 EUR if you paid nothing. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Velvoshopping d.o.o. against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your club name or content, or your misuse of the game.

App stores

If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the game, except as their own terms require. They are third-party beneficiaries of the relevant provisions and may enforce them.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts in Zagreb, Croatia have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence. Before starting a formal dispute, contact support@syndikick.app so we can try to resolve it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
