Lost progress or changing devices

Your club is tied to the Apple, Google, or Facebook account you signed in with. On a new device, sign in with the same provider to restore your squad, creds, chits, and league progress. Signing in with a different provider may create a separate club; if that happens, email support with both account details and we will see what we can do.

Sign out, reset career, and delete account

Sign out ends the session on that device and keeps the club on your account. Reset career starts a fresh club and is not account deletion. To delete the account and its data, follow the deletion process.

Purchases, chits, and subscriptions

Chits and bundles are purchased through Google Play or the App Store. Refunds and payment issues are handled by the store where you purchased. If a purchase was charged but chits did not arrive, open the Store screen and use Restore purchases, then email support with the store receipt and your club name if the balance is still wrong.

Report a bug or a player

Email support with the matchday, the screen, and what you expected to happen. For abusive club names or child-safety concerns, use childsafety@syndikick.app.
