Child Safety Standards
Syndikick has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The game is intended for users aged 13 and over.
Age minimum
You must be at least 13 years old to use Syndikick. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create or keep an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it.
No private messaging or image sharing
Syndikick does not include private chat, image uploads, or user-to-user messaging. The only user-generated content visible to other players is a club name on leaderboards and league tables. This design removes the most common vectors for harm.
Club names and conduct
Club names must not contain sexual content involving minors, hate speech, harassment, or other unlawful material. We may filter, rename, or remove a club name and suspend the account that created it. Repeated or serious violations result in a permanent ban.
Reporting and escalation
If you encounter content or behavior that sexualizes or endangers a child, report it immediately to childsafety@syndikick.app. Include the club name, account ID if available, and what happened. We review reports promptly, preserve relevant evidence where lawful, and remove offending content.
- We report apparent CSAM to the competent authorities, including the Croatian police and, where appropriate, relevant child-protection hotlines.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organizations investigating CSAM.
- We do not require a court order to remove content that we believe violates this policy.
Prevention
We limit user-generated content, keep the game focused on football management, and review reports of abuse. We do not use systems that connect children with strangers, and we do not allow the exchange of personal contact details through the game.
